The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) provides information technology solutions and services including health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.
CIO-SP3 Small Business is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract provides government agencies a mechanism for streamlined ordering of required IT solutions and services at equitable and reasonable prices, to give qualified small businesses a greater opportunity to participate in these requirements, and as a result, give government agencies a mechanism to help meet their socio-economic contracting goals.
KCI-Acuity, an 8(a) Joint Venture, holds a CIO-SP3 SB contract in the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) group under this IDIQ vehicle. Access to additional contract vehicles is available directly through either Acuity Inc. or Kalani Consulting.

At KCI-Acuity, we hold the CIO-SP3 Small Business contract. Our 8(a) joint venture, which includes SBA-certified 8(a) corporation Kalani Consulting, Inc. (KCI) and Acuity, Inc. (Acuity), provides the Federal Government with IT support services that span all 10 CIO-SP3 SB Task Areas.
KCI, an SBA-certified 8(a), HUBZone, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) established in 2009, is joined by Acuity, a successful 8(a) graduate established in 2002.
